About the Speaker

Babz Tobin, OTR/L, CLT-LANA, CYT, is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (LANA certified) who specializes in Cancer Rehabilitation and the lymphatic system. She is also a certified yoga teacher, certified in yoga4cancer, LoveYourBrain, Yoga for Trauma training, sensory-enhanced and a reiki master.

She is the founder of Lymph Flow Yoga; a type of yoga specifically designed to improve lymphatic health which she was inspired to create to help her mom, who is a breast cancer survivor and has lymphedema.

Babz weaves her clinical expertise into her yoga practice, enriched by her studies on the effects of yoga and mindfulness across diverse groups. With a heartfelt passion, she eagerly shares her wellness programs, dedicated to teaching and uplifting specialized populations
