We understand that navigating breast cancer isn’t just a physical battle, it’s a financial one too. We’re here to help you alleviate both the physical and financial strain of breast cancer, so that you can live well beyond your diagnosis.

The Well Beyond Breast Cancer (WBBC) Financial Assistance Program provides those in need of financial support with no-cost appointments of breast cancer rehabilitation and/or lymphedema therapy with specialized physical or occupational therapists in the United States. Breast cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema therapy are specialized services aimed at improving your function, independence, and quality of life during, after, and well beyond breast cancer.

  • The data you provide herein will be used as set forth in Well Beyond Breast Cancer’s privacy policy.

    The Financial Aid Advisory Committee of Well Beyond Breast Cancer are hereby authorized to obtain and discuss medical, treatment, therapy, financial, and other information relating to the applicant when reviewing the applicant’s application and thereafter providing the applicant, if chosen by the Financial Aid Advisory Committee, with financial assistance.

    Well Beyond Breast Cancer may also use or disclose the applicant’s personal information as necessary for Well Beyond Breast Cancer to provide applicants with assistance under the program. Well Beyond Breast Cancer may anonymize and de-identify applicant information and use such information for Well Beyond Breast Cancer’s own purposes, including to develop aggregate reports.

    Well Beyond Breast Cancer will disclose any applicant identifiable information to any third party except as provided above, as required by law, or as deemed appropriate by Well Beyond Breast Cancer to investigate or resolve any potential fraud or audit irregularity.

    The Well Beyond Breast Cancer Financial Assistance Program’s continuation is dependent on the availability of funds, and Well Beyond Breast Cancer reserves the right to modify and/or discontinue the program at any time and without any prior notice to applicants.

    By submitting an application for the Well Beyond Breast Cancer Financial Assistance Program, the applicant agrees to hold Well Beyond Breast Cancer harmless for any losses that arise, either directly or indirectly, from the applicant’s to, and participation in, the Well Beyond Breast Cancer Financial Assistance Program.

    With your consent, we will share your personal information with your designed rehabilitation therapist, to ease communications in scheduling your first appointment. You will be notified in advance of what exact information we are sharing with your rehabilitation provider.
